An Airswift Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, registration RP-C7202 performing flight
T6-126 from Manila to El Nido (Philippines), landed on El Nido's runway 15 but veered to the left off the runway. The crew was able to return the aircraft onto the runway, slowed, turned around at the end and backtracked the runway to the apron.
The aircraft remained at El Nido for about 12 hours before departing for the return flight.
Phillippines CAAP rated the occurrence a serious incident and opened an investigation.
