Data source disclaimer: All flight status and schedule information is aggregated from independent third‑party suppliers. Airportia does not create, verify, or warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data.

Terms of Use

Plain‑English summary: You may use Airportia for personal, non‑commercial viewing of flight information. Automated scraping, republication, or any commercial reuse of live and bulk flight data is forbidden. Our statistics (rankings, Flights Monitor figures, charts and CSV downloads) are free to use, commercially too, under CC BY 4.0 with credit to Airportia and a link: see How to use our data. Our free widgets may be embedded on your website if you paste the code unchanged and keep the link to Airportia: see section 1b. Flight information is supplied by external providers and may be inaccurate; always confirm directly with the airline or airport. Airportia is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this data.

Definitions

Airportia – the website Airportia.com, its owners and operators.
Airportia Data – all flight information, schedules, historical data, airport data, text, graphics and other materials published on the Site.
Data Supplier – an independent third‑party provider of flight information licensed to Airportia.
Site – Airportia.com and any sub‑domains.
User – any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Site.

Certain flight‑schedule data are supplied under licence from independent Data Suppliers. Use of such data is governed by these Terms.

1. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site solely for your own private, non‑commercial purposes:

Viewing pages on the Site;
Checking arrival and departure information;
Checking live or historical flight status;
Following hyperlinks supplied by the Site to external sites;
Using any other interactive features that Airportia may make available.

All other uses, including automated or systematic collection of data from the Site (“screen scraping”, “web scraping” or “data scraping”), framing, resale, republication or redistribution of any Airportia Data, are strictly prohibited, except as allowed in sections 1a and 1b. Linking to any page of the Site is welcome. Where unauthorised automated access is detected, Airportia may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, assess liquidated damages of up to US $1,000 per web request.

You warrant that you will not use the Site or any Airportia Data for any unlawful, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity.

1a. Using our statistics

The statistics Airportia publishes on its statistics pages (/statistics/, /flights-monitor/ and the airport and airline statistic pages), meaning the aggregate figures, rankings, charts and their CSV downloads, are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may quote, chart and republish them, including commercially, if you credit “Source: Airportia” and link to the page you used. This licence does not cover live or per-flight data (flight status, departure and arrival boards, flight histories, positions), logos or photos, and it does not allow automated collection from the Site. 1b. Embedding our widgets

You may embed the widgets made with the Airportia widget builder (airport and airline boards, flight status cards and delay badges) on your website free of charge, on these conditions:

Use the code unchanged. Paste the code exactly as the builder gives it. Do not edit, remove or hide any part of it, and do not cover, crop, restyle or alter what the widget shows, except through the options the builder offers (widget, theme, rows, date format).
Keep the credit to Airportia. The link to Airportia.com under the widget (or around the badge) must stay in place and visible. Do not present the information as your own or as coming from another source, and do not suggest that Airportia endorses your site.
Display only. Widgets are for showing to the visitors of your page. Do not scrape, copy, store or extract data from them, and do not request widget URLs automatically.
Suitable sites. Do not place widgets on pages with unlawful, misleading, hateful or adult content, or in a way that suggests the page is an official airline or airport service.
No guarantee. Widgets show the same information as the Site, and section 2 applies to them in full. Do not rely on them for operational or safety purposes.
Changes. Airportia may change, limit or withdraw any widget, or stop serving widgets to a site that breaks these conditions, at any time and without notice.

Airlines, airports, travel businesses and other high-traffic or custom uses (other designs, white-label or data feeds) need our written agreement: contact us.

2. Accuracy, Warranty and Liability

Flight status and schedule information is sourced from independent Data Suppliers, is subject to rapid change, and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Airportia does not verify or guarantee this data. Always confirm critical details directly with the relevant airline or airport.

The Site and all Airportia Data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non‑infringement.

Airportia expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data supplied by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airportia and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of or inability to use the Site or Airportia Data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Links to Other Sites

This Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Airportia. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Airportia does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents. Some hyperlinks may be affiliate links, meaning Airportia may earn a commission if you purchase via those links. If you decide to access third‑party websites, you do so at your own risk.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airportia, its directors, employees and Data Suppliers from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

5. Termination

Airportia may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of your habitual residence. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and the District Court of Limassol in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or Airportia Data.

7. Force Majeure

Airportia shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of government.

8. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms; Airportia may assign its rights without restriction. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Privacy Policy

Airportia.com values your privacy and is committed to transparency about how we handle information.

Information We Collect
We automatically log the IP address and basic browser metadata of each visit to secure and administer the Site. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining service integrity. Server‑log data are deleted or anonymised after 30 days.

Cookies & Advertising
Third‑party advertising partners place cookies for ad measurement and frequency‑capping. Where required by law, we display a cookie banner to obtain consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or the “Change Consent” link in the footer.

Analytics
To see which pages are used and fix what does not work, Airportia uses Google Analytics 4, and only after you consent. It records the pages you view, your device and browser type and an approximate location, under a random identifier stored in a cookie. We do not use it to identify you, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the “Change Consent” link in the footer.

Personal Information You Provide
We do not request personal data. If you voluntarily contact us via the contact form, we use the information solely to respond and delete the correspondence once resolved.

Sharing & Selling
Airportia does not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties.

Your Rights – California
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, or opt‑out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To submit a request, please send an email from Contact Airportia section.

Your Rights – EEA/UK
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Submit requests through the same contact form.

Security
We protect data in transit with TLS encryption and maintain industry‑standard firewalls and access controls.

Children
This Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the Terms of Use reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
