This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of your habitual residence. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and the District Court of Limassol in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or Airportia Data.
Airportia shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of government.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms; Airportia may assign its rights without restriction. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Information We Collect
We automatically log the IP address and basic browser metadata of each visit to secure and administer the Site. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining service integrity. Server‑log data are deleted or anonymised after 30 days.
