Flight widgets for your website
Show live arrivals and departures for any airport or airline on your own site. Choose a widget, check the preview, then copy the code and paste it into your page.
Choose an airport, airline or flight to see the preview.
Paste the code unchanged and keep the Airportia link. By using a widget you agree to the widget terms.
What the widgets show
- Airport board: the next arrivals or departures at an airport, with flight number, airline, scheduled and estimated time and status. Each row links to the flight page.
- Airline board: the same for all flights of one airline.
- Flight status: one card for a flight number, with route, times and status.
- Delay badge: a small image that shows how delayed an airport is today and how many flights were cancelled. It works anywhere you can add an image.
How to add a widget
- Pick the widget and search for the airport, airline or flight.
- Choose the theme, the number of rows and the date format. The preview updates as you go.
- Copy the code and paste it into the HTML of your page, or into a custom HTML block in your site editor.
The widget works from 300 to 800 pixels wide and fits the width of its column. The code also adds a text link under the widget, so your visitors can open the full page on Airportia.
Widget terms
The widgets are free to embed on your website if you follow these rules:
- Use the code unchanged. Paste it exactly as the builder gives it. Do not edit, remove or hide any part of it, or change what the widget shows beyond the options above.
- Keep the credit. The link to Airportia.com under the widget must stay visible. Do not present the flight information as your own or as coming from someone else.
- Display only. Do not scrape, copy or store data from the widgets, or load them automatically.
- No guarantee. Flight times and statuses come from external providers and can be wrong or late. Travellers should confirm with the airline or airport.
- Business use. Airlines, airports, travel businesses and other high-traffic or custom uses need our written agreement: contact us.
We may change or withdraw a widget, or stop serving a site that breaks these rules, at any time. The full conditions are in our Terms of Use, section 1b.
Questions
Do the widgets cost anything?
No. They are free for websites and blogs, as long as you paste the code unchanged and keep the Airportia link under the widget. Airlines, airports and travel businesses: please contact us first.
Will the widget slow down my page?
The code gives the widget a fixed height, so your page does not jump when it loads, and the widget loads lazily when a visitor scrolls near it. It has no ads or tracking.
Which date format does the widget use?
Pick day/month or month/day. Times are shown in the local time of the airport. Airline widgets show GMT.
I already use an older widget. Do I need to change it?
No. Existing Airportia widget code keeps working. Copy the new code when you want the new design, light and dark themes or a fixed height.
