An Akasa Boeing 737-8 MAX, registration VT-YAF performing flight
QP-1333 from Ahmedabad to Delhi (India), was climbing through 1900 feet out of Ahmedabad's runway 23 when a bird impacted the aircraft. In the absence of abnormal indications the crew continued the climb to FL390 and landed on Delhi's runway 29 about 75 minutes after departure. The aircraft arrived at the gate with a dented radome.
India's DGCA reported radome damage was observed after landing in Delhi.
The airline reported the aircraft suffered a bird hit, the aircraft landed safely.
