An Air Algerie Boeing 737-800, registration 7T-VKC performing flight
AH-1076 from Oran (Algeria) to Toulouse (France), was on approach to Toulouse when the aircraft turned and lined up with runway 29 of Toulouse's military and business airport Francazal. The aircraft stopped the descent towards that runway at about 2000 feet AGL, then positioned for an approach to Blagnac Airport and landed on Blagnac's runway 32L about 10 minutes later.
The aircraft departed for the return flight about 90 minutes later with a delay of about 30 minutes.
According to information available the crew was alerted and instructed to go around by air traffic control.
According to AIP France the runway 11/29 at Francazal is 1800 meters/5900 feet long, runway 32L at Blagnac 3503 meters/11490 feet long.
