NH-32 from Osaka Itami to Tokyo Haneda (Japan) with 419 passengers and 13 crew, was climbing through FL290 out of Osaka when the crew decided to return to Osaka due to a problem with a wing anti ice systems. The aircraft returned to Itami Airport for a safe landing on runway 32L about one hour after departure.
A replacement Boeing 787-10 registration JA983A reached Tokyo with a delay of about 5.5 hours.
The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 14 hours after landing.
