I5-319 from Lucknow to Kolkata (India) with 170 people on board, was accelerating for takeoff from Lucknow when the crew rejected takeoff due to a bird strike. The aircraft slowed safely and returned to the apron.
The airline reported during takeoff roll the aircraft sustained a bird strike prompting the crew to reject takeoff. The aircraft was grounded for inspection.
