An Azul Linhas Aereas Airbus A320-200N, registration PR-YRF performing flight AD-4214 from Sao Paulo Viracopos,SP to Teresina,PI (Brazil) with 125 passengers and 6 crew, was on approach to Teresina's runway 02 descending through 3100 feet MSL when the crew received a "HYD G RSVR LO LVL" message, aborted the approach, climbed back to 4000 feet and worked the related checklists. The aircraft positioned for another approach to runway 02 and landed without further incident about 20 minutes later.

Brazil's CENIPA reported the aircraft stopped on the runway and was towed to the apron.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service after about 34 hours on the ground.
