AD-4104 from Manaus,AM to Santarem,PA (Brazil) with 107 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Manaus when the left hand bleed system (engine CF34) and the right hand air conditioning system failed. The crew worked the related checklists and returned to Manaus for a safe landing.
The aircraft remained on the ground until Jul 2nd 2022 before returning to service.
