A Belavia Embraer ERJ-195, registration EW-400PO performing flight B2-949 from Minsk National (Belarus) to Kaliningrad (Russia), was enroute at FL300 about halfway into the flight when the crew decided to return to Minsk due to the captain's windshield cracking. The aircraft descended to FL200 for the return and landed safely back.

A replacement E195 registration EW-513PO reached Kaliningrad with a delay of about 9 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Minsk about 35 hours later.
