A Dan Air Airbus A319-100, registration YR-URS performing flight
DN-402 from London Luton,EN (UK) to Bacau (Romania), was enroute at FL350 about 130nm northeast of Frankfurt/Main (Germany) when the crew decided to divert to Frankfurt for a safe landing on runway 25C about 30 minutes later. The aircraft taxied to a remote apron without stop and reached that apron about 10 minutes after landing.
The airline reported the crew reported a minor technical alert in the ventilation system with onboard sensors indicating the possible presence of smoke in the cabin.
The aircraft remained on the ground over night for about 15 hours, then continued the flight. The aircraft is still on the ground in Bacau about 24 hours after landing in Bacau and about 41 hours after landing in Frankfurt.
