A Finnair Airbus A321-200, registration OH-LZR performing flight
AY-1511 from Helsinki (Finland) to Zurich (Switzerland), was in the initial descent from FL360 about 160nm northnortheast of Zurich when the crew reported problems with the oil pressure of the left hand engine (V2533) and shut the engine down. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Zurich's runway 14 about 30 minutes later.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 13 hours, then positioned back to Helsinki as flight AY-8931 and resumed service the following morning about 7 hours after landing in Helsinki.
