A Flysafair Boeing 737-800, registration ZS-ZWO performing flight FA-570 from Johannesburg (South Africa) to Zanzibar (Tanzania), was climbing through FL300 out of Johannesburg's runway 03L when the crew received a bleed air trip indication, donned their oxygen masks and commenced an emergency descent due to the loss of cabin pressure, the passenger oxygen masks were automatically released. The aircraft entered a hold to burn off fuel and returned to Johannesburg for a safe landing on runway 03R about 2 hours after departure.

A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration ZS-ZWS reached Zanzibar with a delay of about 5 hours.

South Africa's CAA opened an investigation into the occurrence.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 48 hours after landing back.
