An IrAero Antonov AN-24, registration RA-46640 performing flight IO-159 from Irkutsk to Ust-Kut (Russia), suffered the failure of the anti-skid system while landing in Ust-Kut. The crew applied emergency brakes and stopped the aircraft on the runway. As result of overheating brakes two tyres deflated.
