B6-8454 from Chicago O'Hare,IL to Boston,MA (USA) with 2 crew only, was climbing through 11,000 feet out of Chicago when the crew requested to descend to 10,000 feet advising of a cabin altitude issue. The crew subsequently requested to return to Chicago stating they had a cabin pressurization issue. The aircraft landed safely back on O'Hare's runway 28C about 35 minutes after departure.
The aircraft remained on the ground in Chicago for about 25.5 hours, then positioned to New York JFK,NY (USA) maintaining a maximum flight altitude of 10,000 feet MSL.
