A Fly Jinnah Airbus A320-200, registration AP-BOQ performing flight
9P-841 from Lahore to Karachi (Pakistan), was climbing out of Lahore's runway 36R when a bird impacted the right hand engine (CFM56) prompting the crew to stop the climb at 6000 feet and return to Lahore for a safe landing on runway 36R about 13 minutes after departure.
The aircraft remained on the ground for about 20 hours before returning to service.
