A LATAM Brasil Airbus A319-100, registration PT-TMG performing flight
JJ-3495 from Sao Paulo Congonhas,SP to Fortaleza,CE (Brazil) with 85 passengers and 5 crew, was climbing out of Congonhas' runway 35L when the crew stopped the climb at about 11,000 feet declaring PAN PAN and reporting unreliable airspeed. The aircraft diverted to Sao Paulo's Guarulhos Airport for a safe landing on runway 09R about one hour after departure.
Brazil's CENIPA reported the crew received "NAV IAS DISCREPANCY" and "F/CTL ALTN LAW" messages, declared PAN PAN, worked the related checklists and diverted to Guarulhos Airport for a safe landing.
