LA-3858 from Sao Paulo Guarulhos,SP to Cascavel,PR (Brazil) with 145 passengers and 6 crew, landed on Cascavel's runway 15 and slowed to about 15 knots over ground when the aircraft attempted to turn around to backtrack but went off the runway short of the runway end.
