A LOT Polish Airlines Embraer ERJ-170, registration SP-LDK performing flight LO-771 from Warsaw (Poland) to Vilnius (Lithuania), landed on Vilnius' runway 01 at 13:42L (11:42Z) and slowed to a speed below 30 knots over ground before attempting to turn onto the last turn off, however continued straight and went off the paved surface of the runway and taxiway. The aircraft was disabled, the passengers disembarked via stairs.

On Nov 28th 2025 Poland's PKBWL reported: "After landing on the runway, the aircraft experienced difficulty reducing speed. While exiting the runway onto the taxiway, the aircraft skidded and veered off the paved surface. Passengers and crew disembarked without injury. The aircraft's landing gear sustained damage.". The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated by Lithuania's AIB.
