An Omni Air Boeing 767-300, registration N468AX performing flight OY-1911 from Baltimore,MD (USA) to Ramstein Air Base (Germany), was enroute at FL370 about 280nm east of Bangor,ME (USA) when the crew initiated a drift down to FL260 and a diversion to Bangor reporting they had reduced their left hand engine to idle thrust. The aircraft landed safely on runway 33 about 75 minutes after leaving FL370 and taxied to the apron.

On Mar 20th 2024 the Canadian TSB reported the #1 engine rolled back. After completing the checklist items the crew declared emergency and diverted to Bangor. The TSB stated: "Maintenance is attending to the aircraft with a planned borescope scheduled for the number 1 engine to determine the reason for the roll-back."
