PR-2997 from Manila to Zamboanga (Philippines), was on approach to Zamboanga's runway 27 but touched down ahead of the runway threshold. The aircraft rolled out without further incident.
Philippines AAIIB reported the aircraft touched down before the runway threshold and opened an investigation into the occurrence rated a serious incident. The aircraft sustained minor damage.
