MM-465 from Nagoya to Sapporo (Japan) with 173 people on board, landed on Sapporo's runway 19L and slowed to taxi speed. The aircraft subsequently attempted to turn off onto high speed turn off B9, which however was closed for resconstruction works. The aircraft became disabled, the runway needed to be closed, too.
