TP-561 from Hamburg (Germany) to Lisbon (Portugal) with 109 people on board, was climbing out of Hamburg's runway 05 when the crew stopped the climb at FL120 due to hydraulic problems and entered a hold to troubleshoot and burn off fuel. The aircraft landed safely back on runway 05 about 2:50 hours after departure.
Passengers reported they were told about technical problems.
