A PIA Pakistan International Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration AP-BLS performing flight
PK-283 from Peshawar (Pakistan) to Dubai (United Arab Emirates), was enroute at FL350 about 210nm northwest of Karachi (Pakistan) when the crew diverted to Karachi due to all three inertial navigation systems (INS) having failed simultaneously causing a number of other systems including autopilot to also shut down. The aircraft landed safely on Karachi's runway 07R about 40 minutes later.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Karachi for about 90 minutes, then positioned back to Peshawar and performed the afternoon flight PK-183 to Dubai.
