A Porter Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GLQP performing flight PD-2541 from Toronto City,ON to Sudbury,ON (Canada) with 26 people on board, was on final approach to Sudbury's runway 30 when a flight attendant heard a loud bang and subsequently heard the sounds of leaking air. The flight crew performed a go around, observed the cabin pressure was fluctuating, declared PAN PAN and positioned for another approach to runway 30. The aircraft landed on runway 30 without further incident about 25 minutes after the go around.

The Canadian TSB reported the aircraft stopped on the runway for an inspection by emergency services, then taxied to the gate. Maintenance discovered a tear in the aft baggage door seal.
