A Serene Air Airbus A330-200, registration AP-BNF performing flight
ER-500 from Karachi to Islamabad (Pakistan), was on final approach to Islamabad's runway 10R when a bird impacted the aircraft. The aircraft continued for a safe landing and taxied to the apron.
A post flight inspection revealed damage to the right hand main gear requiring the replacement of parts.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Islamabad 13 hours after landing.
