A TAP Air Portugal Airbus A320-200N, registration CS-TVF performing flight TP-1477 from Lisbon (Portugal) to Bissau (Guinea-Bissau) with 103 people on board, was climbing out of Lisbon's runway 02 when the crew stopped the climb at 4000 feet and declared PAN PAN reporting the failure of the left hand engine (LEAP). The crew reported they had low oil pressure and suspected a leak, therefore advised to have the runway inspected. The engine was shut down, the aircraft returned to Lisbon for a safe landing on runway 02 about 20 minutes after departure.

A replacement A321-200N registration CS-TJO reached Bissau with a delay of about 5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground about 27 hours after landing.
