A Vietnam Airlines Airbus A321-200, registration VN-A615 performing flight
VN-1269 from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), was descending towards Ho Chi Minh City when a bird impacted the captain's windshield causing it to crack. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 25R.
The aircraft returned to service about 19 hours after landing.
