An ABS Jets Embraer ERJ-135, registration OK-JNT performing flight ABP-752 from Bratislava (Slovakia) to Sion (Switzerland), was on an IGS approach to Sion's runway 25, flaps 22 and gear were extended, anti-ice systems active with no radar, METAR or ATIS indication of Cumulonimbus cloud, however, the aircraft was flying in a thin layer of cumulo clouds. When the crew began to reduce the speed from 167 to 122 KIAS, the pitch attitude and angle of attack increased, the autopilot automatically disconnected. The crew applied full thrust, however, the airspeed continued to decrease and a stall warning briefly activated. The aircraft intercepted the glide slope and began a descent which helped to regain airspeed. During the descent the crew again decreased power resulting in speed reduction to 121 KIAS and a second stick shaker activation. The aircraft became stable again and the crew continued the approach for a landing without further incident.
Czechia's UZPLN reported that the stick shaker activations were not recorded by the QAR.
