An Aerostan Boeing 747-200, registration EX-47001 performing flight BSC-752 from Karachi (Pakistan) to Cairo (Egypt), was cleared to climb to FL300 and was climbing through about FL190 out of Karachi's runway 25L when the crew requested to descent to FL180 reporting the #4 engine (JT9D, outboard right hand) had stalled and was shut down. The crew proceeded to dump fuel and returned to Karachi for a safe landing on runway 25L about 55 minutes after departure.
