An American Airlines Airbus A319-100, registration N703UW performing flight
AA-1121 from Washington National,DC to New York La Guardia,NY (USA), was on final approach to La Guardia's runway 22 when the crew initiated a go around at about 1200 feet MSL and decided to divert to New York's JFK Airport reporting hydraulic issues. The aircraft landed safely on JFK's runway 22L, vacated the runway and stopped, the crew requested emergency services to check the aircraft for any leaks.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground at JFK Airport about 22 hours after landing.
