AA-2544 from Orlando,FL to Charlotte,NC (USA), landed safely on Charlotte's runway 36C with the gear doors open following a hydraulic failure. The aircraft was briefly inspected by emergency services and subsequently taxied to the apron on own power and own nose wheel steering with open gear doors.
The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 38.5 hours after landing.
