An Antonov Airlines Antonov AN-124, registration UR-82027 performing flight ADB-347F from Rzeszow (Poland) to Leipzig (Germany), was climbing out of Rzeszow's runway 09 when the crew could not retract the landing gear and stopped the climb at FL120. The crew considered to divert to Wroclaw (Poland), emergency services were taking their stand by positions there already for the arrival of the aircraft, but subsequently decided to carry on to Leipzig maintaining FL120 all the way. The aircraft landed safely on Leipzig's runway 26R about 2:10 hours after departure. Emergency services did not need to intervene.

One of the left hand main wheels was found fractured and dislocated, however still attached to the gear strut, thus preventing the gear from being retracted.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 51 hours, then departed Leipzig for Frankfurt/Hahn (Germany).
