3V-4990 from Timisoara (Romania) to Munich (Germany), was climbing out of Timisoara when the crew stopped the climb at FL100 reporting asymmetric flaps. The aircraft diverted to Budapest for a safe landing on runway 13L about 50 minutes after departure.
