An Aurora de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration RA-67262 performing flight
HZ-3630 from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Okha (Russia), was accelerating for takeoff from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk's runway 19 when the crew rejected takeoff due to incorrect speed readings. The aircraft slowed safely.
Rosaviatsia reported the winds came from 150 degrees at 6m/s (11 knots).
