An Austrian Airlines Airbus A320-200N, registration OE-LZN performing flight OS-333 from Vienna (Austria) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), landed on Heathrow's runway 27L at 11:50L (10:50Z) when the tail contacted the runway surface. The aircraft rolled out without further incident and taxied to the apron.

The return flight was cancelled.
