2Q-787 from San Juan to San Juan (Puerto Rico), was climbing out of runway 08 when the crew levelled off at about 1500 feet due to problems with the landing gear and positioned for a low approach to San Juan's runway 10. The aircraft subsequently climbed to 4000 feet, performed a number of high G maneouvers in an attempt to lower the gear again, then another low approach to Isla Grande Airport's runway 09 and subsequently positioned for a gear up full stop landing at San Juan's runway 08. The aircraft came to a stop on the runway. There were no injuries. The damage to the aircraft is being assessed.
