A Cargojet Airways Boeing 757-200 freighter, registration C-GCJT performing flight
W8-1819 from Vancouver,BC (Canada) to Los Angeles,CA (USA), was enroute at FL390 about 160nm south of Vancouver when the crew received indication of the right hand engine (RB211) failure, shut the engine down, drifted down to FL220 and returned to Vancouver for a safe landing about 70 minutes after departure.
The aircraft returned to service on Aug 30th 2021.
