W8-567 from Winnipeg,MB to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 2 crew, was enroute at FL380 about 70nm south of Calgary,AB (Canada) when the crew reported the failure of the standby bus and the failure of multiple systems, declared PAN PAN and decided to divert to Calgary. The aircraft landed safely in Calgary about one hour after leaving FL380.
