A China West Air Airbus A319-100, registration B-6420 performing flight
PN-6272 from Lhasa to Chongqing (China), was accelerating for takeoff from Lhasa's runway 10L when the crew rejected takeoff at high speed (about 130 knots over ground) observing the aircraft wasn't accelerating and concluding they might experience a wind shear. The aircraft slowed safely, vacated the runway and stopped clear of the runway. Both left main tyres were found burst.
The flight was cancelled.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Lhasa about 10 hours after the rejected takeoff.
