QCL101 - Incident: Class B722 at Montevideo on Oct 31st 2021

An Air Class Boeing 727-200, registration CX-CAR performing flight QCL-101 from Montevideo (Uruguay) to Buenos Aires Ezeiza,BA (Argentina) with 3 crew and 4000kg of hazardeous cargo, was climbing through FL140 out of Montevideo's runway 24 when the crew declared Mayday Mayday Mayday reporting their engine #3 (right hand, JT8D) was on fire. The crew shut the engine down, activated the fire suppression, stopped the climb at FL140 and decided to return to Montevideo's runway 24. The crew advised that the fire indication had stopped, performed an ILS approach to runway 24 and landed safely about 20 minutes after departure.
