A Condor Airbus A320-200, registration D-AICG performing flight DE-154 from Hamburg (Germany) to Antalya (Turkey) with 178 people on board, was climbing out of Hamburg's runway 33 when the aircraft received a lightning strike. The crew continued the climb initially but stopped at FL270 and decided to divert to Munich (Germany), where the aircraft landed overweight but safely on runway 26L about 50 minutes after departure.

A replacement A320-200 registration D-AICF continued the flight and reached Antalya with a delay of about 2 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Munich about 7 hours after landing.
