A Delta Airlines Airbus A319-100, registration N370NB performing flight
DL-1111 from Los Angeles,CA to San Antonio,TX (USA), had landed on San Antonio's runway 13R and was taxiing to the apron on single engine (CFM56) when a ground worker was ingested into the engine and was killed.
The NTSB have opened an investigation into the occurrence.
