A Frontier Airlines Airbus A320-200N, registration N328FR performing flight F9-519 from Philadelphia,PA to Denver,CO (USA), was climbing out of Philadelphia's runway 27L when the crew stopped the climb at 3000 feet reporting their nose gear was still locked down. The aircraft returned to Philadelphia for a safe landing on runway 27L about 20 minutes after departure.

The FAA opened an investigation reporting the aircraft experienced a nose gear issue.
