An Indigo Airbus A321-200N, registration VT-IUO performing flight 6E-2065 from Bhubaneswar to Delhi (India), was climbing out of Bhubaneswar's runway 32 when the crew stopped the climb at about 5000 feet after receiving a bird strike into the left hand engine (PW1133G). The aircraft returned to Bhubaneswar for a safe landing on runway 32 about 25 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled, the passengers were rebooked onto later flights.

The aircraft is still on the ground in Bhubaneswar about 12 hours later.
