An IrAero Sukhoi SU-100-95, registration RA-89034 performing flight RD-315 from Blagoveschensk to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russia), was climbing out of Blagoveschensk's runway 36 when the crew stopped the climb at FL120 reporting they could not retract the landing gear. The aircraft returned to Balgoveschensk for a safe landing on runway 36 about 35 minutes after departure.
