A Jazz Embraer ERJ-175, registration C-FJBO performing flight QK-556 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to New York JFK,NY (USA), was enroute at FL200 when the crew indicated problems with the cabin pressure. On approach to JFK the crew declared emergency reporting they now had no air conditioning, the oxygen masks did not deploy as they were descending fast enough to keep the cabin altitude within range. No assistance was needed on landing. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on JFK's runway 31R about 65 minutes after departure from Toronto.

The aircraft is still on the ground in New York 4 days after landing.

On Nov 9th 2023 the Canadian TSB reported: "While at FL200, the crew received Bleed 1 and Bleed 2 Fail Caution lights." prompting the crew to declare emergency. The TSB stated there were no negative passenger reactions.
