A Jazz Embraer ERJ-175, registration C-FEKJ performing flight QK-7667 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA) with 65 people on board, was enroute at FL340 about 70nm north of Memphis,TN (USA) when the crew donned their oxygen masks, declared Mayday, performed an emergency descent and decided to divert to Memphis due to pressurization problems. The aircraft landed safely in Memphis about 35 minutes after leaving FL340.
The Canadian TSB reported maintenance is investigating.
The aircraft remained on the ground in Memphis for 21 hours, then returned to service.
