A Jiangxi Air Boeing 737-800, registration B-1557 performing flight RY-8984 from Korla to Zhengzhou (China) was enroute at 10100 meters (approx FL331) when the left hand windscreen emitted a glow shortly followed by the outer pane cracking. The crew initially descended to 8400 meters (FL276) then descended to 3900 meters (FL128). The aircraft continued to Zhengzhou for a safe landing about 65 minutes after leaving 10100 meters.
