An Air Kasai Antonov AN-26, registration 9S-AFP performing a flight from Kinshasa to Lodja (DR Congo) with 30 people on board, landed on Lodja's dirt runway however went off the runway by about 30 meters and became stuck on rough surface. There were no injuries and no damage to the aircraft.
The aircraft was pulled back onto the hard surface of the runway and departed for its next sector without further problems.
Lodja Airport features a dirt runway 09/27 of 1600 meters/5250 feet length.
